1. How Do I Order?

You may order via mail by sending a Money Order (sorry, no personal checks accepted) to:

2. How is my order shipped? 
We ship all packages exclusively via UPS & USPS. All Next Day, 2 Day Delivery orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday.

3. How long will it take to get my order? 
All merchandise will ship within 48 hours of receiving the order (Monday-Friday).

4. US Shipping 
We calculate shipping costs based on published UPS & USPS rates from our main warehouse in Nashville, TN.

For overnight delivery on next business day, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 5pm ET. Overnight orders placed after 5pm ET on Friday and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

5. Exchanges 
We are unable to process exchanges. All sales are final. If you purchased your item from this online store and received a damaged or incorrect item, please submit a request to our customer support team HERE
